GOLD Nighttime (NI1) observations continued on day 336 (December 1) and continued through day 366 (December 31). The standard scan sequence was:
2010 - 2310 UTC: Channel B alternated hemispheres at 15 minute intervals.
2310 - 0040 UTC: Dual Channel scans with each Channel scanning a different hemisphere.
(The 0010 UTC scan was approximately the same as the scans at 2110 & 2125 UTC)
